To place an order, all you need is an email address. You can place and track orders as a guest and sign up at your convenience. We recommend that you sign up for an account so you can access pre-order collections at discounted prices and your order history will be logged on your account.

At GOODPTION we create Limited Edition garments with very few units per model, that’s why we allow ourselves the luxury of going through an exhaustive quality process before the garments are shipped. However, if you have any concerns with a defective or damaged item please feel free to contact our team via [email protected].

QUALITY ASSURANCE

Please, kindly note that in case that you receive a damaged garment or package you must notify us within 24h attaching a picture of both. Also, we highly recommend you to specify “damaged package” to the courier at the delivery.

It may be possible to cancel or change the order before it has been prepared. If you would like to make a change or cancellation, please contact our Customer Service [email protected] Please note that it is not possible to add items to an existing order, but you can place a new order for any additional pieces.

Pricing and Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard,  Apple Pay, Google Pay  and Paypal.

For your safety, security checks are made on all payments to us at the time of purchase.

We keep your personal data private and confidential and only give it out with your consent or if legally permitted to. For more details, please see the GOODPTION Privacy Policy.

Shipping, Exchanges & Returns

The shipping fee will vary according to the order shipping destination. Find below the flat shipping rates displayed by geographic area.

After placing the order, you will receive an email containing the purchase details.

Once you have received your order, you have 15 days to exchange it for FREE.

EASY EXCHANGES WITHIN THE EU

GOODPTION offers free size exchanges for all orders placed on or after January 1, 2022 within the EU.

If you are interested in exchanging a product, please follow the steps below:

1. please send us an email to [email protected] with the order number, size you need, email account and pick-up address to start the process of your exchange.
2. Once the return is accepted, you will receive an email with the pre-paid return label and the steps to schedule the pickup.
3. Prepare the package: Returned items must be in perfect condition, packaged in the original packing slip and the labels must remain attached. Please use the original package.

Once you have received your order, you have 15 days to make a return. Please note, that the return must be received in our warehouse before the 15 days. All items must be on their original condition, unworn, unwashed and unaltered. Also all the labels must remain attached. Any returns received which do not meet our return policy requirements may be refused.

EASY RETURNS WITHIN THE EU

GOODPTION offers easy returns for all orders placed from January 1st, 2022 within The EU. There is a fee of 10€ for every return that will be deducted from your refund when the return is processed. Please note, that we will be offering free worldwide shipping.

 If you are interested in return a product, please follow the following steps:

1. Please, send us an email to [email protected] with the order number, email account and collecting address to start the process of your return.
2. Once the return is accepted, you will receive an email with the prepaid return label and the steps to schedule a pick up.
3. Prepare the package:  The returned articles should be in perfect conditions, packaged in the original remittance and the labels must remain attached. We kindly ask you to use the original package.

 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

The rest of international customers are responsible for the entire return process and also the generated return costs. We are not able to provide any prepaid label. If you are interested in return a product, please follow the following steps:

1. Please, send us an email to [email protected] with the order number and your email account to start the process of your return.
2. Prepare the package:  The returned articles should be in perfect conditions, packaged in the original remittance and the labels must remain attached. We kindly ask you to use the original package.
3. Send the package to : ask us for the address in this mail [email protected]

Orders returned to us without a return authorization may face delays in processing.  

Also please note, duty or customs charges  may be incurred during the reintroduction on returns outside of the European Union. If so, this cost could be deducted from your refund when the return is processed.

Refunds are processed via the original payment method and will normally appear within 10 business days. Please note that this time may vary depending on your payment provider.

You can track your package with our courier using the tracking number found on your returns label. As soon as it’s accepted by our brand we will send an email to confirm your refund.
